Project fees, retainers, and subscriptions are invoiced as agreed. Certain pilots may be prepaid.

We retain rights to our methods and templates. You retain rights to your data and deliverables as specified in your agreement.

Each party will keep confidential information private and use it only for the project.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those explicitly stated in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 3 months.
